We approached ROTHELOWMAN to create a restaurant in St Kilda that would attract a diverse clientele in a highly competitive environment. We liaised with select, senior interior designers who progressed a very challenging site into a dynamic space, capturing the best of the St Kilda experience...ROTHELOWMAN demonstrated their understanding of spacial planning, pertinent to the hospitality industry.
