Coco
Located in the vibrant High Street shopping precinct, this project comprises two retail tenancies and 68 apartments.
Designed as two distinct building forms, Coco successfully engages with two unique street frontages and their surrounding contexts.
A zinc-clad folded plate feature provides a signature facade or canopy element that responds to the streetscape while allowing views from each apartment. A robust palette of textured precast concrete and steel provides an exciting play against the lustre of zinc cladding, patterned digital glass and the warmth of timber panels.
Interiors are contemporary, incorporating clean lines and overtones of matt black, stainless steel and glossy whites complemented by subtle shades of grey.
