Consolidating old and new structures, this double-storey development was designed in accordance with heritage requirements and successfully achieved the client's primary aim of retaining visibility of the iconic ‘Pelaco' neon sign.
This unique commercial office building is a contextual response to its surrounding inner-urban landscape, which comprises predominantly double-story residential properties. A classic yet contemporary design, it features a unique palette of stone and glass.
