The centre was proposed and constructed as part of the extension to the growing retail precinct serving Sorrento and surrounding areas.
Amenities include 14 basement car spaces, sub station and loading dock, 1100m2 of supermarket retail, 400m2 office admin and 520m2 of general retail area.
Situated on a steep sloping site, the project also houses an accessible lift for the general public to assist as a thoroughfare between the council car park of the Ocean Beach Road retail area.
