Cable Beach Sanctuary
A resort-style development at Cable Beach comprises 168 self-contained holiday and residential units, business centre, spa/sports facility and the central pool, bar café and garden areas.
The complex focuses on a central tropical oasis featuring pools, waterfalls and a lagoon. Individual units have contemporary interiors and include covered extended living areas and shower gardens.
Designed to maximise privacy and investor income, this project has broken new ground in Broome with its contemporary design and innovative layout. With references to the ‘Broome Style' of architecture, the buildings have a tropical resort flavour with the use of materials such as custom-orb, rammed earth, timber and steel.
The practice was selected for this project because of its proven track-record in the field of large multi-unit developments.
