Kinkora
Due to its location in a busy suburban hub, one of this multi-residential development's primary objectives was to restrain traffic noise.
This was innovatively achieved via the introduction of a series of blades set forward from the main structure, which also serve as screens between the building's 26 apartments and six retail outlets. Contemporary in form and function, it features a signature palette of zinc cladding, intimate glass terraces and modern box windows.
