Salisbury 1 and 2
The first development in this new Richmond business precinct introduces the contemporary language of the architecture that continues throughout each stage of the development.
A simple, rational form frames two levels of horizontal reflective glass over 2,000m² of office space. An open steel frame engages with the main building and creates a billboard for future signage.
Taking visual cues from the first building opposite, Salisbury 2 continues the contemporary mood of the new Salisbury Street precinct.
A deep white frame wraps around the building, folding up at the end to present signage opportunities, and turning down to the ground to contain the main entry space. A double height elliptical lobby connects 1,200m² of office space over two levels.
