The design of lot 17 ensures a high level of visual amenity allowing for the maintenance of desired urban design view corridors, while promoting an appropriate level of density and height at key locations. The planning of the apartments has been arranged for complete privacy, yet allowing full advantage to be taken of both immediate and long distance views. The site also features generous outdoor living areas, including resort-style pools, gymnasium, meeting rooms, barbecue areas, a theatre room and roof gardens.

Architecturally, each building has a subtly different character while drawing on a larger, site-wide language consistent with a subtropical architectural expression. The exterior form and detail is derived from a discerning selection of colours and materials that give a sense of deep shade, protection and coolness to the outdoor living areas and interiors. Building forms are carved to address view lines and to follow the falling site topography, offering a diversity of form and a continuity of scale in relation to streetscape.
