Glenferrie

To the east, Glenferrie Road comprises a busy commercial strip with a fine grain of Victorian shop fronts and to the west, Chrystobel Crescent – known as the Grace Park Estate – is a heritage listed suburban area within quiet, tree lined streets. The building design responds sensitively to both interfaces while maintaining its integrity as a singular architectural statement.

Weaving forms set back at the upper levels while retaining a strong urban edge along Glenferrie Road.  The rear residential interface features closely spaced expressed mullions set into digi-glass providing passive solar protection while reflecting impressions of a tree-lined boulevard.
