The design embraces the local character of East Melbourne while at the same time, respects the heritage facades and mature landscaping synonymous with the area. The design contributes to the complexity and diversity of the built environment, incorporating visually interesting massing and forms, in keeping with the rhythm of the existing streetscape.

Interiors draw inspiration from city skyline forms, with colour palletes inspired by the timelessness and sophistication of black and white photography.

Dominated by clean lines and natural materials incorporating timber and natural stone, interiors will be contemporary and sophisticated. Apartments are designed for entertaining, with open plan living areas extending to the balcony, and kitchens featuring modern accessories and appliances.

Spaces have been planned to keep sleeping quarters away from living areas. Spacious master bedrooms feature dressing rooms and large master ensuites filled with natural light, a freestanding luxurious stone bath and his and hers vanity stations.
