We work closely with clients to define benchmarks for environmental performance

Individual buildings tend to be part of a much larger system and the broader context needs to be understood in order to respond intelligently and effectively. At the core of Rothelowman's approach is the belief that sustainable design is multi-faceted and should consider social and economic viability as well as environmental factors.

To ensure sustainability measures are properly considered, Rothelowman projects are evaluated during the design and documentation phases by a specialist in-house team. In addition to internal reviews, the firm supports the assessment of projects with industry rating tools and is fully conversant with the methodologies that the various assessment tools require.

Rothelowman works closely with clients and specialist consultants to define benchmarks for the environmental performance of projects, ensuring sustainability objectives remain achievable and consistent with other stated project parameters.

Sustainability

Rothelowman is committed to the advancement of sustainability within the built environment.

As architects and interior designers, we have a responsibility to proactively uphold the integrity of our social, economic and environmental context. We believe a common sense, first principles, approach to design and planning is by far the most effective way to deliver meaningful outcomes.
